I have no idea what went on behind closed doors of the Spencer home, but something sounds very off.

Certainly, Wallace Spencer had exhibited questionable behaviour over the years, from gifting his daughter the very rifle she used to shoot innocent people to refusing her psychiatric help to marrying a young girl who looked exactly like her. But, do these poor decisions make Wallace Spencer a predator or a child abuser? Was it years of physical and sexual abuse by the hands of her father that caused Brenda to act out in the way she did?

I have no idea what went on behind closed doors of the Spencer home, but something sounds very off. What a shame that Brenda didn't get the psychiatric help she so desperately needed. So many innocent lives could have been prevented.
